District Missionary meetings are fellowship times to discuss ways to serve, educate, learn increase awareness, and sometimes conduct evangelize or conduct community projects. During meetings, churches engage in friendly competition, with recognition  for the highest number of attendees per Society; churches receive the banner to display at their church until the next meeting.
